Mercy Medical Center - New Hampton welcomes visitors of our patients.

General visiting hours are 11:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. and all children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

To protect the health of our patients, staff and other visitors, all visitors must wear shoes and be free of infection. These include but are not limited to: cold sores (herpes simplex), shingles (herpes zoster), colds, flu, vomiting, diarrhea, fever, and exposure to a communicable disease in the past three weeks.

Based on a particular patient's need and/or preference, the nursing supervisor or the nurse caring for the patient may curtail visiting hours for that patient.

Chapels

The Hospital Chapel is located near the front entrance of the hospital. Visitors of all faiths are welcome to visit the chapel for worship services, prayer and quiet reflection.
