"Head Covers Unlimited" of Chickasaw County is a support organization founded by Mercy Medical Center - New Hampton Auxiliary volunteers. The purpose is to supply wigs and turbans to residents of Chickasaw County who have lost hair due to an acute medical condition or medical treatment.

The program is sponsored by Mercy Medical Center - New Hampton Auxiliary.
Participants in the program will be offered the choice of obtaining a wig and/or turban.
There is no charge for the wigs or turbans, although donations to the program will be accepted.

If you qualify for this program:

• Print the application form and take it to your attending physician to be signed.
• Call one of the volunteers listed below or e-mail Francie Crawford.
• The volunteer will arrange an appointment with you to select a wig and/or turban.
